- Coordinate and manage complex calendar and scheduling for the Dean.
- Coordinate college-level meetings and events.
- Screen and handle telephone and written communications for the Dean.
- Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other correspondence as needed.
- Serve as primary liaison between the Dean and internal and external constituents.
- Assist Dean with meeting follow-ups and completion of projects and general workflow.
- Edit and proofread communications.
Duty/Responsibility
- Manage the distribution of all communications from the Dean’s office.
- Manage and assist Dean with annual review letters for tenure track, clinical, research, and lecturer faculty.
- Manage and assist Dean with promotion and tenure processes for all CHHS faculty.
- Manage the planning of all College-level events both on and off campus, including coordination of logistics, catering, technology, and registration.
- Organize and manage records and materials associated with tenure and promotion processes for tenure track, clinical, research, and lecturer faculty.
- Maintain personnel records across the College.
- Hire and supervise work study to support Dean’s office.
Duty/Responsibility
- Manage all purchasing and reimbursement processes for the College.
- Manage all facilities needs for the College.
- Support management of PI funds across the College.
- Serve as the liaison between the departments, institutes and centers, procurement, finance operations, and facilities.
